The NCAC election results are posted at their website here. Stop by and take a look.  You will notice several seats are still unfilled. My understanding is that the new NCAC board will fill those seats.  If you’re interested in community service, this is an excellent way to start.  Contact the NCAC chair, listed on the website for further information.
