New Business:

Herlihy/DRC 2005-00149: MUP for size and distance waiver for 3,578 sq ft SFR on 5.07 acres located at 390 Distant Oaks; existing mobile home (820 sq ft) on site

Dion/Destiny Coffman / DRC 2005-00071: Re-referral; applicant has submitted plans showing secondary at 1,194 sq ft; requesting size and distance waiver; will go to hearing in April. Located at 475 Applegate Way.

Abata/DRC2005-00160: MUP for site disturbance greater than 1 acre.

Located at 290 Cimarron Way, A.G.

General Plan Amendment to the Land Use Ordinance referring to the TDC program/LRP2004-00017 for review and comment. To change the eligibility criteria for receiver sites by removing all lands within the agricultural land use category and removing the 5 miles within the village reserve line criteria.

TDC Blue Ribbon Committee: Applications are being accepted for a Blue Ribbon TDC Committee to review and modify County’s TDC program. Deadline : May 12th
