The Nipomo Chamber of Commerce is presenting a "Planning for the Future" symposium for the Central Coast. The date is 5/1/06 at 5:30 p.m. in the Olympic Hall at Nipomo High School, located at 525 N. Thompson Avenue, Nipomo, CA. Our 4th Disctict Supervisor Katcho Achadjian, will present the welcoming remarks. Guest speakers will be Bill Watkins, Ph.D, and R. Thomas Jones, AIA. Doctor Watkins is the executive director of the UCSB Economic Forecast Project. Mr. Jones is Dean of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
