For those who have found this blog, you likely already know that there is a South County Advisory Council, and that they have several standing committees, including an extremely important one dealing with traffic: The Traffic and Circulation Committee. You can read the most recent minutes here.The current chair of The Traffic and Criculation Committee is Dan Woodson, whose email is: william_woodson@hotmail.com. He has informed me that the next committee meeting is scheduled for 8/17/06 at 9:00 a.m. at the NCSD building, 148 S. Wilson, Nipomo. Once they have their agenda complete, I will also post a copy here at Nipomo News.
If you have any ideas about traffic (and who doesn’t?) here in Nipomo, I would suggest that you plan to attend. If you’ve travelled along Tefft Street anytime lately you’ve likely experienced to some degree the traffic problems we face here. These good folks of the Traffic Committee volunteer their time and talents to help bring solutions to the problems we have. Join them at the next meeting.
