4th Candidate for Nipomo Community Services District Files For Election

ncsd.jpgJesse Hill, an attorney from Nipomo has filed paperwork with the San Luis Obispo County Recorder as a candidate for the Nipomo Community Services District (NCSD). Jesse is a former Chair of the Nipomo Community Advisory Council and has been a community activist in Nipomo for several years. Jesse joins incumbents Cliff Trotter, Larry Vierheilig, and Bob Blair as candidates running for three open seats. Read more…

NCSD Candidate Updates

ncsd.jpgThere were no new candidate filings this week for the three open seats on the NCSD board. The three seats up for re-election this year include Cliff Trotter, Larry Vierheilig, and Judith Wirsing. Of the three incumbents, only Ms. Wirsing has not yet filed papers with the San Luis Obispo County Recorder’s office. Bob Blair, former board member and retired pharmacist has also filed papers for this upcoming election. Read more…

Nipomo’s Papa Murphy’s Pizza Closed

The Papa Murphy’s Pizza store in Nipomo at the Von’s Center has closed.  I just walked by it yesterday and noticed the signs.  There are workers there this morning as I write this apparentlytaking out some of the equipement.  Does anyone have any idea why they closed?  And, better yet, what is going to go into their spot?  Anyone?
