I am writing to complain about the condition of the Sand & Surf camp ground now known as Coastal Dunes in Oceano on Hwy 1. October 1 management hands changed from privite to county and in that time the grass is dying from lack of water and appears to have not been mowed since the takeover plus the pool is green, not blue as normal. When I asked in the office what days were scheduled for water & mowing the attendant could not give me an answer which meant to me there was No schedule and he commented that he'd just put chemical in the pool that day. I pay $480.00 + utility for approximately 4 days use a month and have been willing only to stay & pay this amount because of the enjoyment I receive from the surrounding environment. If it is lost you will loose me as a renter after more than 10 years. I
ve just paid for another month's stay and am hoping the unacceptable situation can be cured. The attendant also told me the "they'd" really left it a mess. I was in camp 1 week before the transition and I remember that they were watering and mowing which leads me to believe they turned it over in the normal way it always was kept. Please don't ruin a good thing.
Sincerely,
Lyn Kalar
