Jesse Hill, an attorney from Nipomo has filed paperwork with the San Luis Obispo County Recorder as a candidate for the Nipomo Community Services District (NCSD). Jesse is a former Chair of the Nipomo Community Advisory Council and has been a community activist in Nipomo for several years.
